COPE were delighted to launch their new website on Wednesday
10 July at an event in the Community Centre in Drumchapel. They
launched their action plan for 2008-09 and would like to thank
the partners who attended and helped make the event a success.
They would also like to thank the volunteers who helped out on
the day; as they couldn’t have done it without you.
The website has an online survey and COPE are keen to
hear what else you think we should include on our website so
why not visit www.cope-scotland.org.uk and have your say.
There is a brochure for COPE’s services which you can download
and new downloads shall be added on a regular basis, including
a relaxation exercise, so please add this to your favourites
list - mental well being is everyone’s business.
COPE provides a professional, confidential mental/emotional health
service.
Reasons people come to COPE vary from dealing with issues in
the past to perhaps trauma following a road traffic accident
or being a victim of assault to bereavement, relationships issues,
stress, depression, anxiety - really anything where a person
feels they are not getting on with their life as well as they
feel they should. COPE is led by the needs of people using the
service.
