A Design for Life @ Clydebank College

Clydebank College may be closed for the summer but it doesn’t mean that preparations for August courses stop! The College has been shaking up its programmes in time for new students enrolling and places are going fast, seriously fast!

If you’re a budding designer then perhaps a place on one of our Interior Design courses is for you. This programme is designed to encourage you to develop the creative, analytical and technical skills required to work industry. You will be able to utilise our trade standard Design Studio and equipment to harness your talents. Current interior Design students have been involved in a project for Dragons’ Den star Duncan Bannatyne, which received national interest and more recently have been working on the design of the Clydebank College restaurant. The combination of hands on and studio experience make this course a must for any up-and-coming designers.

Perhaps you’re the next Chris Evans; then the NC Media programme designed for students who have an interest in developing practical media skills such as television production, web-design and photography and presenting could be for you. Or if you fancy yourself as the next Alan Sugar or Michelle Mone; snap up a place on the HNC or HND Business course, here you’ll be able to learn a broad base of knowledge in Economics, Marketing, Law, and Communication amongst other subjects. As if that’s not enough to whet your appetite, you could further your Accountancy or Administration skills by grabbing one of the final places on the HNC or HND course, arming yourself with a highly sought after and relevant qualification for today’s job market.

If you’re not just a pretty face, then the VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy could be for you. This course allows students to make use of the College’s Spa and industry standard equipment to develop their practical skills.
