Stressed? Anxious? Too much to do, too little time?

Thanks to funding from Glasgow City Council Community Planning Partnership, there may just be something which could help.

Well Being Workshops

The Well Being workshops are a series of four sessions covering different aspects of recognising and dealing with stress, including lifestyle issues, relaxation, exploring helpful and unhelpful behaviour, looking at patterns of thinking in response to stress, and problem-solving techniques.
The Well Being workshops are free, open to anyone aged 16 and over and there is no need to provide your name and address. No referral is needed, just come along.
